Food Service Helper, 10-month position Part Time - 4 Hours/Day DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Serves and restocks food on cafeteria lines; assists in the preparation of cafeteria food; helps the cook in any phase of their duties; cleans, washes and otherwise prepares fruit and vegetables for service time; washes dishes, pots and pans by hand or by machine; assists in the cleaning and sanitation of all kitchen and serving line equipment; may act as cashier; and assists in keeping daily HACCP Logs.
