Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager for Grambling State University in Grambling, LA. This manager will typically work a morning, mid or evening shift, and will have rotating days off so must have flexible schedule. The manager will report to our GM and will be responsible for all food operations for resident dining.

have oversight of day-to-day operations; deliver high quality food service; achieve company and client financial targets and goals; develop and maintain client and customer relationships; develop strategic plans; create a positive environment; and/orensure Sodexo standards are met.
