Sodexo is seeking a dedicated Food Service Manager 2 for Millard Public Schools! In partnership with Sodexo Schools Division, the Food Service Manager will continually support the nutrition needs of more than 23,000 students, always striving for a high level of customer satisfaction. The Food Service Manager implements quality improvements, communicates changes throughout the department and district, and collaborates daily with school kitchen staff and school administration to ensure program compliance. What You'll Do have oversight of day-to-day operations while creating a positive environmentdeliver high-quality food service assist the Executive Chef with cateringdevelop and maintain client and customer relationships help to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations (DCHD, HIPAA/Privacy Act, USDA) as well as Sodexo/MPS policies and procedures for quality assurance and safetymanage, support, and collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with core menus, proper use of ingredients, and recipe standards What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
