Sodexo is seeking an Food Services Manager 3 for Bridgton Hospital, located in Bridgton, ME. The manager will oversee a team of hourly employees serving patient meals, and supporting cafeteria retail food services. In this role you will be a part of the Sodexo management team, reporting to the Food GM. The schedule for this role is primarily Monday-Friday, with managers sharing a weekend rotations.

What You'll Do manage all daily food operations through hourly and supervisory frontline associatesmaintain food and health & safety logs within Sodexo and hospital guidelines and requirementsensure trainings remain up to date for all hourly associates, for both Sodexo and hospital related trainingseffectively mentor and develop the food services teamimplement innovative and fresh ideas in retail, catering and patient servicescultivate effective interpersonal relationships with patients, customers, and clients in hospital

What You Bring a strong production culinary background, ideally in an up-scale restaurant/retail/catering environment;experience leading and engaging a culinary and/or food services teamServsafe certified as well as working knowledge of HACCP and experience with Health and Safety auditsfamiliarity with Sodexo processes and systems (preferred, not required)Who We Are

Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
