Sodexo’s Campus Segment is seeking a Food Service Manager 3 to join our team at the University of New Haven in New Haven, CT.

Today’s students are always on the go, expecting healthier dining choices, exceptional service, and flexible meal options that fit their busy lifestyles. This role offers a Sunday–Thursday schedule, with some flexibility as needed.

What You Bring Extensive experience in high-volume food service management within college, university, or campus dining settingsProven ability to train, lead, and manage service personnel; union experience preferredSkilled in utilizing food and labor management systems to optimize efficiencyExpertise in overseeing contract dining operations, ensuring compliance and quality serviceStrong foundation in culinary operations and kitchen managementKnowledgeable in food safety and physical safety programs to maintain high standardsDedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, consistently exceeding expectations Who We Are

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
