Overview The Food Service Sales Associate Manager will lead a team of restaurant sales representatives to execute a selling strategy in assigned Away from Home restaurant accounts. Successful candidates will manage key customer relationships both internally and externally, including customer agreements that deliver against PepsiCo operating plans and customer expectations. Responsibilities Lead and train a team of sales representatives to exceed goals and sales within defined territories Leverage Sales Enablement tools to develop sales representatives Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned restaurant accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods Execute existing restaurant customer contracts and lead customer renewals Align with customer on executional framework to include quarterly meetings, shared/published tactics and regular report out to Pepsi leadership teams and field teams Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance Ensure customers are complying with PepsiCo contract requirements Work closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction Analyze customer information and business trends using IRI and Nielsen data to identify and expand business opportunities Understand the impact of sales and financial decisions on PepsiCo Food Service and Bottler P&L’s Provide business reviews on a regular basis Responsible for coordinating fountain, bottle and can and supply volume growth Leverage PepsiCo Marketing resources to grow Restaurants partnerships Compensation and Benefit Details: The expected compensation range for this position is between $85,200 - $142,650. Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
