and are committed to providing quality healthcare to our community POSITION SUMMARY Prepares cold food for patients to include nourishments and tube feeding products food for cafeteria and cateringspecial functions Works on patient food service tray line while providing accurate and high quality food Operates various ware washing machinery andor the three compartment sink for the cleaning of pots and pans Prioritizes putting away stock and supplies and rotates according to First In First Out Passes trays nourishments and floor stock to the patients or the assigned unitarea Assists in compiling patient late trays and delivers trays as necessary Rounds on patients during meal times and picks up dirty trays Responsible for picking up and cleaning up after special functions Ensures cafeteria is ready for meal service including stocking setting up the hot food line and serving meals to customers Accurately handles cash and operates the cash register Ensures all areas in
