Position Responsibilities
Adheres to all food safety guidelines when handling food Ensures all food in refrigerators are labeled and covered Have close eye contact with customers to ensure payment or charge for meal service Maintains the proper amount of money in the cashier bank , cash deposits are within 5% of cash sales Serves all customers in a friendly manner Adheres to uniform policy for assigned areas Cleans assigned areas, equipment and utensils at the end of each meal according to established procedures Reconciles cash and separates charge slips according to procedure Demonstrates a clear understanding of safety in the work area by lifting correctly, wiping up spills, and using carts to transport items and other steps to avoid accidents Follows appropriate procedures in the preparation, food station lite-cooking (non-production cooking), handling and service of food items Flexible with schedule to meet department demands Handles over rings and returns accurately Clean tables and chairs in cafeteria Clocks in and out according to scheduleBenefits:
