Food Services Director

You will be responsible for directing the operation of the Dining Services Department here at Pike Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. You will oversee staffing, food ordering and preparation, food delivery and clean-up according to center policies, physician orders, patient care plans and appropriate regulations. May complete nutrition related supporting documentation and components of clinical RAI/MDS and care planning process and participate in patient care conferences and interdisciplinary committee meetings.

Licensure • Certified by the Certifying Board of Dietary Managers within 18 months of hire in absence of educational degree indicated below.

Experience and/or Pre-requisites •

• Excellent communication skills.

• Understanding of the hazards of institutional kitchen facilities.

• Ability to work in an environment with infectious diseases, electrical equipment, and potentially hazardous floor surfaces.
