Job Description:

Food & Nutrition Services plays a vital role in fulfilling the mission of the hospital by providing nutritious and delicious meals to patients.  In addition to providing patient meals, employees and visitors are served each day in the cafeteria.  

Food Unit Team Lead

Full-Time, Days

Job Description:

 Coordinates the activities of the other food service employees within the facility.Creates an enjoyable dining experience for the customers, staff and visitors in accordance with applicable federal, state and local standards.Oversee and participate in the preparation and service of food and beverages, ensuring adherence to company food standards, sanitation, and safety regulations (HACCP & OSHA).Train employees in proper food handling, preparation, and service techniques to maintain operational efficiency and service excellence.Direct and enforce sanitation and safety protocols to comply with company standards and government regulations.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalentone year Food Service supervisor experienceValid Food Handler's permit or Serv Safe Certificate
