Job Summary

This job is to demonstrate the application performance of the flavours in different category applications, and to support the business unit to provide our clients with the best technical services.

How you will contribute and lead

Develop application formulations based on industrial standards, country specific requirements and client requirements.Evaluate the collection flavour and select the right flavour solution in compliance with client profile, legal, cost & stability requirements.Technical contact for certain strategic customer, potential star customers and related categories.Prepare and lead client’s technical presentation and visit clients to present flavour solutions.Work in a close collaboration with account managers, flavourist, marketing, sensory and other departments to support the project execution.Administrate internal system/tasks related to projects briefs, and keep daily record of laboratory work and results.Establish new protocols for use of ingredients, flavours or laboratory equipment.

What you will need to be successful

Minimum entry level is a University/College Degree in Food Science and Technology or related disciplines (such as Chemistry, Biochemistry, and Human Nutrition)Preferred Master’s Degree in a related areaMinimum 5 years’ experience in bouillon/soup, better have sauce and instant noodle development experience.Pass internal IFF sensory test.Self-starter and able to work in a cross functional team environment.The ability to learn and be flexible in a rapidly changing business environment.Positive winning team attitude.
