Conducts finished product validation through physicochemical analyses, bread scoring, and shelf life study
Validates customer concerns through comprehensive investigations
Verifies or audits action plan reports issued to responsible departments regarding product/material and process non-conformities
Assists in ISO and other audits of the department
Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly technical and non-technical reports regarding all happenings from functions
