WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

 

You will grow your knowledge and experience over 12 months, to become a functional expert. The 12 months interval is divided into 3 periods, and during each period you may have a chance to work among 3 main Technical Shared Service departments. Those departments are:


• Global Specifications
• Global Regulatory
• Global Quality Services
We offer a part time employment (20 hours per week) based on fixed term contract for 12 months. The start of the program is planned for 18th of November.

 

 

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?


Participating in the McCormick Graduate Program provides the opportunity to build your career with a global leader in the food industry. • Participate in new material creation and approval process as well as data management process for existing materials portfolio.
• Support customers’ requests for quality information and manage work coordination between TSS departments.
• Participate in formulation and finished product label approval.
• Support raw material and finished product certification approval process.

 

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


• Student of 2 last years or a recent graduate with Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology or closely related background
• A driven individual, open to new challenges and happy to work in different countries and cultures
• Strong team player, able to build strong, collaborative relationships
• Fluent English speaker
• Additional language will be an advantage (eg. FR, ES, PT, DE)
• Quick learner with very good analytical skills
• Flexible individual, ready to face new challenges
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
