The Food Truck is a fast paced, high volume mobile restaurant that is open for lunch, and the possibility of late-night dining. Work will be in a tight space that can get extremely hot in the summer months. This is a customer service and food service position. Due to the customer service nature of this position homework, laptops, and other personal electronic devices are not allowed while working. 

Job Duties include: 

Greets customers, and assists them as needed   Processes sales in a quick and courteous manner   Assist with food prep, truck set up & closing, cleaning   Maintains a clean and sanitary work area including food truck and area around the outside, garbage’s, dishes, work stations
