Pay Rate: $21.27/hr. ($21.52/hr. after certification)

Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid CA Driver’s License, have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Job Summary: To support the daily operation of the Food Warehouse in receiving, stocking, storing food products.  Team Member will play an active role in the continued success of the IPS Division.

Reports To: Fulltime Warehouse Supervisor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the daily operation of the Food Warehouse.Consistently monitor inventory to maintain accuracyMaintain the Food Warehouse inventory utilizing EatecAssist in placing orders weekly.Must be able to file and data entry.Ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse team members using park and departmental safety programs, and self-inspectionsLoad and unload trucks using all types of material handling equipmentAssure orders are accurately filled and delivered in a timely mannerMaintain cleanliness in warehouse to ensure Health Department complianceResponsible for basic vehicle maintenance as well as general housekeepingEnsure a safe working environment for all warehouse team members using park and departmental safety programsLead, develop, and motivate warehouse seasonal team membersAssist in conducting the weekly Food Warehouse inventory.Assist in any other functions that may be delegated by Warehouse Management

Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements:

Experience in a warehouse, inventory, receiving or purchasing departmentAbility to handle multiple tasks with awareness of deadlinesMust be able to effectively communicate with all employees, vendors and contractorsMust be at least 18 years old and possess a valid CA Driver’s LicenseFlexible schedule required including nights, weekends, and holidaysOvertime of adults may be required from time to time in order to accommodate the business need.
