JOB PURPOSE

The Cooking Aids business is one the biggest key cells and growth drivers for Foods Greater Asia and is also one of the strongest globally. Through the iconic Knorr Brand in the Philippines, it has enabled consumers to make delicious and nutritious meals through its Boullion Cubes, Sinigang Mixes and Liquid Seasoning to name a few. With a strong business Cooking Aids today in the Philippines, the big question is what’s next? The category must quickly start accelerating its market develop and future-proofing its business with more delicious, nutritious & purposeful products & brands.  

This role will primarily assist in designing the category’s growth strategy, creating purposeful, distinctive, and compelling creative work that builds brand power, and executing the brand renovation and innovation roadmap for the Philippines. The Cooking Aids Assistant Brand Manager will collaborate with local and global brand teams to ensure that every mix incorporates local insights and key market considerations for successful launches.

The ideal candidate is strategic, creative, and action-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering brand superiority.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Develop a deep understanding of consumer needs and identify potential market disruptors.Utilize competitive analysis and consumer behavior data to inform brand strategy.Implement brand activities, including the development of marketing materials, advertising, media planning, event/activation management, and promotions.Monitor brand performance and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and product launches.Collaborate closely with CSP, CD, and cross-functional teams.Support the creation of distribution, pricing, sizing, and marketing plans, ensuring management approval and timely execution.Facilitate discussions and work closely with external stakeholders, including media agencies and suppliers, to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) implementation.Actively manage project networks with relevant functions.

Experiences & Qualifications

Open to fresh graduates.Experience in brand or product management preferred.Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Capable of working independently and as part of a team.Entrepreneurial spirit with resourcefulness and a sustainable outlook.Ability to make rational, logical decisions despite uncertainty.Comfortable with numbers and data management.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Demonstrated learning agility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Open to learning and experimenting with new initiatives.
