For Pooling: Multi-Skilled Technician (VisMin) Job ID 42381 Posted 06-Dec-2021 Areas of Interest Building Management, Facilities Management Location(s) Cebu City - Cebu - Philippines, Davao - Davao del Sur - Philippines, Iloilo - Iloilo - Philippines, Legaspi - Albay - Philippines **OVERALL ROLE** To carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive works to building plant, equipment and systems in accordance with agreed service levels, and respond to site engineering emergencies. **MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES** + Operations and Maintenance + Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all building plant, equipment and systems to meet and exceed expectations, and service level agreements + Respond to Building Management System alarms and effect emergency repairs as required + To undertake procedures, regular checks and routine inspections in conjunction with the engineering team + Assist and enhance service delivery through best practice and effective use of site systems and equipment + Carry out risk assessments for engineering, maintenance and repair activities + Perform tasks as deemed necessary by the Shift Engineer + Ensure that engineering subcontractors are appropriately supervised, and comply with contractual commitments and site operating processes + Ensure the provision of a safe and healthy working environment and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as client site policies, procedures and working arrangements + To maintain and review stock levels, spares requirements through audit and timely ordering of parts + Ensure completion of service reports and CFIMS work orders so all data can be entered to the CFIMS system + To inform and escalate if any situation dictates either the failure or possible failure of any Business-Critical plant or equipment + Ensure all critical alarms are responded to and escalated using the pre-determined protocol + First line response to business-critical incidents + Complete Incident Reports as required + Be risk adverse. Able to identify potential risk to business continuity + Actively participate in achieving Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement target + Understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures and Emergency Operating Procedures. **Required Knowledge and Skills** + Technical knowledge: the ability to demonstrate sound technical knowledge related to Mechanical, Electrical, AC/Chiller, and General maintenance and Project planning. + Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills + Problem solving: has the ability to confidently work through problems and find solutions + Collaboration: displays the ability to work in a team.
