You will implement the operational capabilities of the business and support the operational elements for the market. You will coordinate route planning, system capabilities and tools management for the sales team.
How you will contribute
You will:
Coordinate and initiate customer and employee master data changes for sales including processing of data.Support the implementation of organizational realignments for master data and administrative processes.Support the revision/development of relevant sales policies and administrative processes including the provision in suitable media.Test for system implementation and system changes working closely with sales as well as various internal departments and external service providers.Identify and implement master data simplification opportunities.What you will bring

Experience in customer service, logistics or sales supportBasic knowledge of sales systems and tools (including SAP and MS Excel)Solid communication and problem solving skillsAbility to handle and resolve multiple queries, respond quickly and maintain composureMore about this role
You will:
Support IBP process in cooperation with Demand, Category Planning, RGM and Finance to define company forecast for the year, drivers, opps/risks vs planJoin Sales Forecast forum (SAM), directly interfacing with Sales Directors, contributing to Promo analysis by Brand/Customer, to support IBP inputSupport Sales Target setting and track actual vs Target, highlighting opps/risks and main driversProvide Sales KPIs tracking on time and support Sales team with ad hoc analysis (e.g., MTD, NPD, NIS)Support new promo tool enhancementConstantly interact with Sales, analyze drivers to support planning and forecasting at all levelsWhat extra ingredients you will bring:
Experience in Sales Department/Finance/Supply Chain is relevant but not mandatory.Solid communication and problem-solving skills to make things happenAbility to quick understand multiple queries, handle and find solutions to fix them.Ability to manage conversations with all level stakeholders with personality, empathy and professionality.Good knowledge of sales systems and tools, including SAPHigh level of Excel capability.Attitude of teamwork.Solid analytical/numerical backgroundWilling to learn/business curiosityEducation / Certifications:
