Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products within the Metals, Pulp and Paper market in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.The work model for the role is: hybrid This role is contributing to the Process Automation Measurement & Analytics in Buenos Aires, Argentina. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tCommunicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.•\tEnsuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.•\tIdentifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.•\tManaging administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.Our team dynamics You will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the roleDegree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electronic, or Industrial Engineering.You have more than 5 years of experience in product sales, developing new business opportunities.Possess an enhanced knowledge of instrumentation and measurement instruments (temperature, level, flow, pressure), with expertise in the metals, steel, pulp, and paper industries.You are at ease communicating in intermediate English.You hold a valid driver’s license and can access your own transportation.You are passionate about effective communication and teamwork, and possess a forward-thinking mindset for growth and career development.
