Ability to leverage/develop various SW project dashboard / tools for high efficiency project management. Fast learning capability to learn and apply new knowledge in SW project. •    Act as key interface with vehicle program/P&L/other key stakeholder for OTA delivery from approved OTA action as well as GTM alignment. 
•    Use project management disciplines, best practices, and techniques, manages OTA project’s budget, quality and resources and issue management.
•    Independently Lead and Manage all key OTA metrics, including and understanding of how they interrelate and ensure the right focus is kept in the teams to enable delivery at each Milestone.
•    Develop strong relationships with x-function team members. 
•    Support OTA Planning for definition of OTA project scope, goals, timing, resource. well handshake with OTA Planning from project approval.
•    Lead governance operations for OTA (e.g. meetings, SharePoint sites, JIRA dashboard maintenance etc). Ensures each OTA documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
•    Lead each milestone deliverable criteria checking and lead milestone approval with less supervising. 
•    Independently develop the OTA work plan with functions by identifying dependency and decision-making on strategy workplan and ensure OTA status details are communicated to team members in a clear and timely manner. 
•    Identify and monitor issues/risk and work with team to deep dive solution, and implement mitigation as well as contingency plans focused on early mitigation or elimination of risks. 
•    Plan and maintain OTA schedules, timelines, and milestones using appropriate tools and dashboard maintenance. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations. 
•    Independently Lead on OTA government record preparation and meet requirement with CAF and supporting teams. 
•    Lead on internal customer pilot customer feedback, including recruiting internal customer, maintain internal customer communication channel, focus on issues raised and impact study. 
•    Monitor performance to OTA success criteria and prepare applicable communications. 
•    Incorporate lesson learns from relevant prior projects and capture Lessons Learnt at OTA conclusion stage.
