· Ensure that all materials developed by any agency, department, or supplier comply with brand guidelines.
· Provide suppliers, agencies, or departments with the necessary information to correctly apply the brand, including logos, brand books, do’s and don’ts, briefs, photographic and video materials, etc.
· In the case of suppliers, it is essential to confirm that they have signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before sharing any type of information. All materials produced by any agency, supplier, or department must receive prior approval from the Communications team, who will also determine if additional approval from other brand stakeholders is required before publication or broadcast.
