Compensation: $75,500 - $85,000 per year
*This range reflects Carestream’s good faith estimate to pay fairly as starting wage. Offers will be tailored within the range based on the selected candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process, as well as geographic market differentials for the position.
Position Summary:The Forecast and Sales Analyst will be responsible for analyzing sales data, forecasting future sales trends, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Position Responsibilities:• Analyze historical sales data to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain sales forecasts using statistical methods and software tools.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to gather relevant data and insights.
• Monitor and report on sales performance against forecasts and targets.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities in sales trends and provide recommendations.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards to senior management.
• Support the development of sales strategies and plans based on data-driven insights.
• Continuously improve forecasting processes and methodologies.
• Maintain continual communication with the supply chain team regarding changes in demand, product availability, and order allocation.
• Coordinate with our order management and supply chain to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
• Provide updates on inventory levels and potential supply chain disruptions to relevant stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years experience in sales analysis, forecasting, supply chain or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau). In Excel, must have the ability to create pivot tables, vlook up, multicriteria based sums and logic formulas.
