About the team

Our Operations team are responsible for Strategic planning and long-term forecasting to determining capacity needed by an organisation to meet changing demands.

What you’ll own

Undertake planning activities and FTE calculations

Work with internal stakeholders and gather appropriate information and data in order to prepare schedules, plans and forecasts

Drawn up forecasts based on future strategic plans

Monitor and review plan and make appropriate adjustments

What you bring

Excellent communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels

Able to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally

Back-office experience and Strong IT systems knowledge including good Excel skills

Strong numeracy, statistical and reporting skills
