A national law firm is seeking a Foreclosure Paralegal with expertise in the mortgage foreclosure process and a strong understanding of compliance. This position will ensure compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and related state laws, prepare complaint packages, draft foreclosure pleadings and correspondence to judges, conduct mortgage/satisfaction searches. Draft answers and affirmative defenses. Prepare motions for case management conferences, notices of trial, motions to reschedule sales, and schedule hearings.

High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.

A minimum of 2-3 years related experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment required.
