Manage the BU’s car wash program with the goal of maximizing profit and car wash uptime. Work closely with our vendors and internal maintenance team to ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner and invoicing is accurate. Manage all car wash capital projects to completion, including securing capital for future projects. This position is also responsible for overseeing our vacuum and air/water vending programs.Manage all outside fuel and category marketing. This includes working closely with the BU Brand Manager, Global Fuels and Global Marketing to choose the most impactful POP and ensure our sites are properly executing programs and promotions.Oversee the BU’s clean forecourt program with the goal of enhancing forecourt appeal. Work closely with our cleaning product vendor, CAF, to ensure sites are receiving necessary products to effectively clean our forecourts. Provide product training to sites and ensure they have access to training documents and videos. Ensure fuel dispensers are presentable, decaled to schematic and reimaged as necessary. Manage execution of Global Fuels forecourt standards such as hand sanitizer, glove dispensers and amenity bins.Work with the BU Fuel Director to plan and execute fuel capital projects.Manage the BU’s propane category, both bulk and our purchase/exchange program. This includes setting pricing for propane, marketing the product and working with the vendors to determine optimal cage and tank placement. Work with the vendors to address issues reported by our store teams, including out of stocks and service issues.Manage the BU’s Amazon Locker program. This includes working with the vendor to determine optimal locker placement, looking for opportunities to add lockers at NTIs and sites that aren’t currently included in the locker program and increasing unit profitability through Amazon’s wrap program.Manage the BU’s water vending program, ensuring units are in good working order, presentable and properly placed. Look for opportunities to add additional units to sites where needed with the goal of maximizing profitability.Manage outside waste disposal, ensuring each site has the proper amount of trash containers and scheduled pickups. Act as a liaison between Operations and the vendor to address service issues.The Forecourt Manager is expected to spend a considerable amount of time in the field, ensuring our store teams are properly executing programs and have the tools and training they need to succeed.Provide reporting to our leadership and Operations teams for all categories the position manages.This list is not all-inclusive and additional responsibilities not included in this job description may be added or modified as needed.
