CACI is seeking a cleared Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case Manager to support an Army Project Management Office on Ft Belvoir, VA. Position requires knowledge of the Defense Acquisition System and demonstrated skills in managing cost, schedule, performance in a program office; product life cycle management; project team management; and preparing acquisition and contracting documents. Secret clearance required.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Execute Foreign Military Sales acquisition management across an entire product lineCoordinate products and taskings across the acquisition process and life cycle phasesAssists with preparation and staffing Milestone documentationAssist with determining contracting strategy, prepare contracting documents, and coordinate activities with Army Contracting CommandParticipate in product IPTs, test events, test reviews, and product demonstrationsAssist in providing contract oversight for assigned productsAssist in maintaining and managing the program budget and master scheduleAssist with preparation of Supply Requests Packages to Defense Logistics Agency and manage transition of products from PM to DLA or Army SustainmentAssist with development and drafting of Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans and other acquisition documentsPerform financial and status reporting and basic logistics activitiesAssist in acquisition planning and assess cost, schedule and performance riskYou’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active Secret Security ClearanceBachelor’s degree and >4 years of experiencePrevious experience with FMS Case ManagementFamiliarity with Acquisition and Contracting documents (e.g., J&A, Source Selection Plans, PWS, IGCE, D&F)Thorough knowledge of and experience with DODI 5000.02, Defense Acquisition System, JCIDS

The proposed salary range for this position is:
