Control and analyze the foreign trade operations carried out by the company in compliance with foreign trade laws to maintain international operations (import and export). Keep track of the entry and exit of materials from the company, maintaining and controlling all temporary imports legally. Apply benefits of free trade agreements and benefit programs of the Ministry of Economy to avoid or reduce the payment of taxes, duties, or international charges, generating savings for the company. Comply with obligations and avoid restrictions indicated by legislation such as the Customs Law, General Rules of Foreign Trade, and Federal Law of Rights. Your Profile as Foreign Trade Analyst

 

Bachelor's degree in commerce and international business. Minimum 3 years in a similar position. Technical knowledge required: IMMEX Knowledge, Customs Law, FTA Knowledge, RRNA, 8th Rules, NAFTA Analysis, ALADI, FTA, Central America, Inventory Control (Annex 24, Annex 31), Tariff Classification, Dealing with Mexican Customs Agents, Air, Land, and Sea Imports/Exports, Special Operations, Virtual, ERP QAD/SAP.
