Job DescriptionEnsuring implementation of corporate governance in the area of customs affairs, central directives and local requirementsEnsuring and monitoring Bosch entities implement the customs requirements assigned to them, governance of customs compliance issuesMonitoring legal changes and preparing local implementation schemes when necessary issuing regional regulations, being the second level Support of customs topicsMonitoring, supporting and communicating FTA/GSP regulationsCommunication with the customs authorities outside of operational processesResponsible for customs valuation decisions for cross-functional tasks and identifying valuation addition methods to be appliedDetermination and final deployment of the correct customs tariff number based on the applicable national legal basis and with help of the centralized tariff classification process through leading system SAP GTS. Requesting binding tariffs when necessaryAccompanying official customs audit and organizing the audit execution procedureFollowing up customs litigationAs per customs risk management concept, setting up controls monitoring them and follow up mitigation measures,Coordination of non operational foreign trade projectsMembership of non-governmental organizations in customs and foreign trade

QualificationsEducation: Completed university studies in business administration, or a comparable subjectExperience and Knowledge: Several years of relevant working experience in customs and foreign trade area having profound expertiseSAP knowledgeHS Code identification experienceAbility and experience to interact with customs authoritiesLanguages: Business fluent in written and spoken EnglishPersonality and Working Practice: Bring in your engagement and willingness to collaborate in a fast changing, international environment.
