Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for international trade and compliance? We’re looking for a proactive Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) Analyst to play a key role in optimizing and maintaining our FTZ operations.
In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in foreign trade zone regulations and process improvement to ensure seamless daily operations, drive compliance, and identify cost-saving opportunities. You’ll be responsible for managing audits, maintaining regulatory compliance across multiple FTZs, and continuously enhancing efficiency within our trade operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in FTZ operations, trade compliance, logistics, or customs brokerage.Strong understanding of U.S. Customs regulations, FTZ policies, and import/export laws.Intermediate proficiency in FTZ management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
