The hourly wage will range from $27 to $29 per hour, depending on experience.

 

 

As a Foreman in our commercial construction company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing framing, drywall, finish, and/or acoustical ceiling crews on various commercial projects. You will report directly to the Field Superintendent and Project Manager and be responsible for maintaining a well-organized schedule, ensuring safety compliance, ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering discipline among the crews, and promoting high morale.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Overall responsibility to oversee projects and to make sure the projects are completed per the plans and specifications in an efficient & safe manner while also meeting expected quality standards. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Minimum 3-5 years of metal framing, drywall, & acoustical ceiling-related install experienceMust be able to read drawings, specifications, contracts, and subcontracts.Understand procedural documents such as ASIs, RFIs, and submittal processes.Lift a minimum of 50lbs Climb ladders and scaffolding Able to bend, twist, and turn body at shoulders, waist, kneesStand for extended periods of time
