**JOB TITLE: Foreman & Mechanics** **Job Description** Direct the installation of plumbing and related systems, equipment, and fixtures. Plan, lay out, participate in, and supervise plumbing work on job sites and in the shop. Work independently except on large construction and modification projects, where some technical supervision is provided. Receive work assignments for maintenance and repair via Teams Construction software, written job requests, or emergency calls. Review work primarily by users of equipment and systems through observation and conferences while projects are in progress and upon completion. Ensure construction and remodeling work complies with specifications and building codes.
