**HIRING ASAP!!!** **Job Title: Lull Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking experienced construction workers to assist with Golf Course Construction Warehouse projects in NJ. This is an 18-month project involving minor carpentry, assembly, light demolition, and general cleanup. Candidates will work under the direction of the Superintendent and Project Manager, performing various labor duties and field assignments. **Responsibilities** + Assist with Golf Course Construction Warehouse projects. + Operate a Lull Forklift + Perform minor carpentry, assembly, light demolition, and general cleanup tasks. + Work in teams of 2-10 contractors. + Follow directives from the Superintendent and Project Manager. **Essential Skills** + 6+ months to 5 years of construction experience. + Experience with hand tools and power tools. + General labor and assembly skills. + Carpentry skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + OSHA 30 certification. + Equipment experience is a plus. + Hardworking and ability to work with a team. **Why Work Here?** This is an 18-month long project offering long-term work with a company that consistently wins projects throughout the US. **Work Environment** You will be working in a team of 2-10 contractors.
