Job Description: As a Foreman, you will oversee and manage all aspects of HVAC and pipefitting projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: + Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC and pipefitting crews. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. + Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones. + Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed. + Train and mentor junior staff and apprentices. + Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders. + Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Qualifications: + Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC and pipefitting. + Proven experience as a foreman or similar supervisory role. + Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, pipefitting, and related construction practices. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. + Excellent leadership and communication skills. + Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
