**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced construction worker with experience with carpentry, concrete and masonry. In this role, you will primarily engage in carpentry-related tasks but may also assist with concrete processes depending on the job site. You will work exclusively on interior trim or steel erecting, and perform general labor duties for commercial construction projects. This position requires the use of various hand tools and power tools daily, including power drills, tape measures, hand saws, nail guns, and reciprocating saws for material cutting and framing.
**Hours:**
7am - 3:30pm (Monday to Friday) with potential overtime depending on project needs
**Pay:**
$23-$28+ - Depends on experience
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform carpentry tasks with precision and efficiency
+ Assist with concrete processes as required by the job site
+ Engage in interior trim or steel erecting work
+ Use all types of hand tools and power tools daily
+ Cut materials prior to framing using power drills, tape measures, hand saws, nail guns, and reciprocating saws
+ Perform general labor duties for commercial construction projects
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with set-up concrete, walls, flat work, footings, concrete finisher, forming
+ Knowledge in carpentry installation and steel erecting
+ Proficiency in blueprint reading and use of hand tools
+ Experience in framing and finish carpentry
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00
