Job Description
The foreman will be responsible for overseeing crews, scheduling work, managing inventory, and maintaining administrative communication with customers and subcontractors. This role also involves working in the field, warehouse, or shop.

We offer hourly pay increases on a yearly basis due to merit, overtime opportunities with time and a half pay, and leadership opportunities with potential promotions to positions such as Project Manager, Field Manager, Sales Manager, and Operations. Additionally, there are opportunities to travel as desired.
Work Environment
This is a blue-collar construction environment. Ideally, we are looking for someone who has previously worked for a construction company and is familiar with the terminology and industry. You will be working on a team of 10-15 installers and managers. The standard hours are from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional travel or weekend support required but not frequent.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00
