We are seeking an experienced Foreman Framer to lead and manage framing crews on residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong carpentry background, proven leadership skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to specifications.

Essential Functions and Duties: Supervise and coordinate framing crews on-site, ensuring quality craftsmanship and productivity Read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and specifications Perform hands-on framing, including measuring, cutting, and assembling wood/metal framing Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards Plan and delegate daily tasks, monitor progress, and resolve on-site issues Train and mentor crew members, promoting skill development and safety awareness Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades to maintain project timelines Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in proper working order
Qualifications: 5+ years of framing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or foreman role Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial framing practices Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints Proven leadership and crew management skills Strong problem-solving and organizational skills OSHA certification and/or other safety training preferred Must be physically able to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and operate framing tools Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
