The Role 
This new role has been established to lead our existing painting division, of 4, based in Christchurch and reports to the Internal Delivery Manager (IDM).

We are looking for a great people manager who has prior experience managing and building teams. You will have experience training and developing individuals and serving as a point of escalation to address any issues and work to resolve them.
This role works closely with our IDM to understand and plan workflows and volume of work.

You will be a qualified painter with experience in residential work including maintenance as well as experience working on commercial jobs and leads by example in quality, delivery, Health & Safety and customer care.

Requirements
• Fully Qualified painter
• Managed and lead teams
• Safety focused with a strong understanding of SWMS/SOPs
• Comfortable using different computer systems
• Experience with Multiple House refits and modernisations and reactive maintenance
• Full NZ drivers licence
• Right to work in New Zealand – sponsorship is not available for this role

The likely appointment range is $35-$37.5 Per hour. Pay is weekly and wages are dependent on experience.
