APPLY TODAY!** **Location:** **Peoria, IL based** **Starting salary:** **$80,080** **Monday-Friday first shift** **Job Description:** The roofing foreman will run a site project and manage a crew of 3-6 workers. This hands-on leader should have experience in commercial, low-slope roofing. Our roofers averaged 1795 hours of roofing work last year and are looking forward to another busy year. For this role, we are looking for a hands-on leader with extensive years of experience in commercial, low-slope roofing. **Requirements:** + Experience in commercial, low-slope roofing + Proficient with technology, including using a tablet such as an iPad + Ability to read drawings + Physically capable of standing/walking for long periods, lifting and carrying materials weighing 50 pounds or more, climbing ladders and scaffolds + Experience with leak investigations/roofing patch and repairs in commercial roofs including TPO, PVC, Asphalt BUR/Gravel, EPDM, Cold Process, Fluid Applied + Ability to lead crew + Safety orientated **Job Type:** This is a permanent position. **Work Site:** This is a fully on-site position in Peoria, Illinois. **Work Environment:** Start day at the shop and then proceed to the site location, which varies but will always be a commercial site. **Benefits:** Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Retirement Benefits Accounts PTO **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
