What you’ll do… You will install and repair aerial telephone cable You will repair cut or damaged telephone cables You will place telephone poles and anchors You will use of manual tools such as shovels, posthole diggers and other hand held tools You will use mechanized equipment such as bucket truck, digger derrick, excavators, etc. You will set up safety perimeter using signage, cones, safety barriers You will flag traffic when required You will also work on special projects as assigned Who we are looking for… You have knowledge of established aerial cable installation procedures and techniques You have the ability to climb telephone poles and work in a bucket truck You have 2-3 year's experience of aerial construction methods and engineering requirements.
