Job Summary:
The National Operations Manager provides high-level support to the senior leadership of the business line with a focus on executive administration, project management and data analysis to aid in driving practice initiatives forward. Supporting the National Partner, this role is responsible for managing complex administrative projects, coordinating and/or crafting confidential communications to senior practice leaders, event/meeting management and producing reports.
Job Duties:
Executive Administration:
Provides sophisticated email and calendar management for National Partner, and select members of the National management team, including but not limited to: Has authority to make calendar decisions on behalf of executive to enable the achievement of both day-to-day and longer-term priorities Continuously manages multiple requests from leaders, both within and across business lines, while ultimately ensuring meetings and events on the schedule support the leader’s and practice priorities Ensures travel arrangements and expense reporting is completed timely and accurately, including submitting expense report on behalf of executive Serves as an ambassador for the National Partner, and select members of the National management team to move practice initiatives and operational strategy forward Sends communication, on behalf of National Partner, or prepares communications, to practice leaders, which may include independently crafting communications and/or collaborating with internal communications team on messaging Produces a variety of materials, including, but not limited to, letters, memoranda, interoffice communications, confidential presentations, and reportsProject Management:
Performs a variety of project management duties, which may be complex and confidential, including but not limited to: Managing project/initiative deliverable completion by effectively collaborating with leaders assigned the action items Capturing key action items determined during conferences and/or meetings, then building project plan Communicates regularly with project members on status and works to influence completion of open items Plays active role in supporting meeting management including but not limited to partnering with event management teams, and reviewing presentation content for alignment with meeting purposeData Analytics:
Enables data driven decisions by regularly gathering, compiling data in a presentable format, and delivers reports to National Partner, Facilitates the development and maintenance of data tools for managing industry and business line credentials Researches and prepares pursuit dossiers, including researching CRM, PeopleSoft and other data sources inside and outside BDO Participates in presentation preparation Leverages appropriate firm tools, templates, and resources so deliverables accurately reflect the Firm’s corporate visual identity Edits, produces, and distributes final deliverablesOther duties as required

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required Bachelor’s degree, preferredExperience:
Five (5) or more years of C Suite or executive administrative experience, required Experience displaying a high degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including leadership at all levels, required Experience independently completing a high volume of tasks and projects, including indirectly managing workload of others required Experience making sound judgement with the appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround, required Experience maintaining a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, required Experience within a corporate or professional services firm, preferredSoftware:
Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite specifically in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, required Experience with PeopleSoft Financials, preferredOther Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

California Range: $79,800 - $168,000 Colorado Range: $79,800 - $168,000 NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $79,800 - $168,000 Washington Range: $79,800 - $168,000
