As a Foreperson, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at a worksite to ensure the completion of projects in a safe and efficient manner. You will lead a team of equipment and cable placement operators to perform specific tasks, monitoring budgeting expenses, supplies or tools and reviewing internal policy and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

Lead the daily site construction work efforts to ensure the crew meets production goals safelyRead understand, interpret, input, and analyze production related dataDemonstrates leadership in health, safety and environmental protection on the project Applies the requirements of the Project Specific Safety Program (PSSP) to promote overall compliance of Ledcor HS&E standards, applicable OH&S / OSHA Acts, regulations and codes with all employees and subcontractors on the project

Qualifications:

7+ years construction / telecommunications industry experience2 plus years supervisory experienceHands on experience with Fiber Optic CableExperience with Aerial and Underground InstillationMust successfully complete a criminal background check, pre-access drug and alcohol screeningsMust possess and maintain a clean driver’s abstract and valid full-driver's license appropriate to the requirements of the vehicle being driven

Work Conditions:

Travel to various project sites throughout Oklahoma is requiredAble to meet the physical requirements of the position which involves sitting, standing, bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and in all types of weather conditions (rain, snow, heat etc.)
