Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently. Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, and storage racks. Move products to designated areas within the warehouse or production floor. Verify and maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock checks. Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage and maintain quality. Follow safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs or malfunctions. Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including packing, sorting, and general housekeeping.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid forklift certification (OSHA or similar certification preferred). Proven experience operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment. Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations related to forklift operation. Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects as required. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and operate machinery for extended periods. Frequent lifting of up to [specify weight, e.g., 50 pounds]. Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including temperature fluctuations and noisy settings.
