• Work in a Cross Dock Operations: basically we unload, repalletize, and load. • Amazon brings in the Inbound and we unload the truck • 85% of the freight is usually in good condition. We have to re palletize 15% of the freight. That means you have to get off the lift to repalletize, stack, and shrink wrap. • Next we load the outbound truck. • Productivity expectation: 20 pallets/hour • It’s cross dock, so doors are open all the time, therefore, whatever the weather is outside, is the weather it will be inside. l associates to dress for the weather. (Hat, jacket, gloves) • Steel toes preferred but optional • $18.50/hour • Second 4pm – 12:30am • Since the customer is Amazon, they have to finish. Associates will be expected to come in early or work late to finish the truck. Some Saturdays are required. • Associate will work at least 45 hours a week
