We are seeking several experienced FLT Operators for a busy autmotive manufacturing facility in the North Birmingham area. This is an opportunity to work for a high-profile production facility seeking candidates who can commit to a fully rotational three shift pattern (AM / PM / Nights). Should these hours not suit, Pertemps are also on the look out for trained forklift drivers for other key clients in the Tamworth area.

As a Forklift Driver, your responsibilities will include:

- As a minimum, operating Counterbalance and Reach MHE equipment
- Should you hold VNA certification, you would also be required to operate this at a premium rate
- Material handling in support of production lines
- Replenishing racking and helping with sequencing of parts
- Loading / unloading containers
- Supporting with off-truck work as required (i.e. picking, palletising, goods in/out paperwork)

In order to be considered for our Forklift Driver role, you must:

- Hold a minimum of 6-12 months experience as an FLT Operative
- Be able to produce universal certification to prove your eligibility to drive
- Be fully flexible to work all shifts across a standard 24 hour day, Monday to Friday
- Have a positive, ambitious working attitude
- Possess a good sense of humour and desire to support your team mates

In return, you will receive the following salary package:

Counterbalance (B1) & Reach premium -

0600-1400 / 1400-2200 - £13.08 per hour
2200-0600 - £13.71 per hour

B1, Reach and VNA premium - 

0600-1400 / 1400-2200 - £14.92 per hour
2200-0600 - £15.63 per hour
