The ideal candidate will have a high focus on safety, attention to detail and quality, a strong sense of urgency, proven reliability, and a positive attitude with an eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to the team. **Responsibilities** + Operate forklifts in a safe and efficient manner. + Load and unload materials from trucks. + Transport materials to designated areas. + Inspect forklifts for mechanical issues and perform minor repairs. + Maintain a clean and organized work environment. + Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of forklift driving experience. + Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently. + Strong attention to detail. + Proven reliability in attendance and punctuality. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Basic math knowledge and ability to read a tape measure. + Comfortable around heavy equipment. + Ability to read and write in English. + Must pass drug screen and physical abilities test. + Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. **Why Work Here?** We offer a great work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement. We have a small team of drivers working in tight spaces, and safety is always a top priority. The day shift runs from 5 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, with occasional mandatory overtime on Fridays. We use various advanced machines including a 112" Multiflute Corrugator, 62" Single Face Laminator, Rotary Die Cutters, Flexo Folder Gluers, Platten Diecutters, and Specialty Folder Gluers. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Renton, Washington. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.30 - $24.30/hr.
