This individual will be responsible for, but not limited to the maintaining of the operation of industrial equipment throughout the Distribution Center. They will be responsible for understanding the inner workings of all machinery as required of a Forklift Mechanic.

Must have hands on experience with:

Electric lifts (Swing Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Pallet Jacks) Preferably Raymond equipmentPropane and electric sit-down forkliftsElectric golf cartsHigh reach equipment over 30 feet48, 36, and 24-volt batteries for electric equipmentElectric lifts PLC controlsDiagnosis of equipment error codeshydraulicsElectric drive motorsElectric pump motors and pumpsHydraulic lift cylindersLoad and drive wheelsLower end drive unitsMast chains, cables and bearingsAll shop equipment (presses, welders, compressors, drill presses, band saws)Equipment checklistsAll safety rules and regulations pertaining to high reach equipment and all rolling stock. Equipment safety, Operator safety and Maintenance safety

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

Pay Range is $25 - $30
