Job Description:

Location: Saco, Maine

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to safely and efficiently operate Powered Industrial Equipment in Saco ME. In this role, you will be responsible for moving, loading, unloading, and stacking products in preparation for shipping and receiving to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities:

– Safely operate various types of powered industrial equipment, including sit-down and stand-up forklifts, clamp, and picker equipment.
– Load, unload, and store products and materials.
– Stack and transport materials to designated areas.
– Use equipment to scan products and print labels.
– Complete necessary paperwork and operate inventory management systems.
– Ensure proper product rotation procedures are followed.
– Conduct cycle counts as required.
– Perform daily safety inspections on forklift trucks using the Safety Checklist.
– Maintain a facility that is inspection-ready for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.
– Communicate and report any incidents to your supervisor.
– May perform housekeeping duties and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Desired Background/Skills:

– High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
– Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
– Attention to detail.

Other Information:

Compensation: $21.35/hr + $1.50 differential
Shift Hours: 10 hours/Day, 4 days a week Night Shift
Location: Saco, ME
