Our client, a leading producer of baked goods, is looking for a Forklift Operator to join their team in Swedesboro, NJ. This role involves operating various types of forklifts to move materials safely and efficiently in a cold storage environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate sit-down forklifts, high-reach trucks, and cherry pickers as needed.Safely move hazardous materials and load goods onto conveyor belts.Stack pallets, crates, and other materials efficiently.Build pallets and complete pallet picks accurately.Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of forklift operating experience.Proficient in operating sit-down, cherry picker, and reach truck forklifts.Fluent in English, with the ability to read and understand shipping documents and safety guidelines.Comfortable working in cold environments (around 40°F).Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and spatial awareness.Basic math skills and ability to work independently or within a team.Knowledge of basic tools and equipment maintenance is a plus.
