As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to move, store, and manage materials throughout the warehouse.   What We Offer: Starting pay of $21.00 per hour Health benefits, including telehealth medical services Dental insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off Referral program Reward programs Opportunities for advancement   What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED At least 6 months of forklift experience Stable work history Strong communication, writing, and math skills Ability to lift 55–65 pounds repeatedly Availability to work 12-hour shifts on either day or night shift Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed   What You’ll Do as a Forklift Operator: Perform daily forklift inspections Pick, store, and verify pallets using warehouse management systems (WMS) Supply and remove empty or partial pallets and poles Complete off-loads, and load/unload pallets and poles Change forklift batteries as needed Consolidate and relocate pallets Maintain inventory and ensure availability of storage bins Keep your work area organized and clean Follow all safety procedures and perform other assigned tasks   Schedule Information: 12-hour shifts – either Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) or Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) No rotating shifts
