What We Offer $17.50 per hour, 1st shift $20.00 per hour, 2nd shift 1st shift, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM 2nd shift, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM Overtime available Health benefits, including telehealth medical services 401k Reward programs Referral program What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED Valid SC driver’s license 6+ months of experience as an equipment operator Basic computer aptitude Ability to operate material handling equipment, such as a tugger, pallet jack, forklift, conveyor, shrink wrap machine, man lift, electric pallet hack, scanner, and banding equipment Ability to obtain proper licensing as required Ability to work outdoors for short periods and operate in a mildly dusty environment Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds repetitively Ability to push and pull up to 62 pounds Ability to grip material weighing up to 20 pounds Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, rotate head, reach, walk, sit, and stand for the majority of the shift Ability to use fingers for manipulation Depth perception and 20/30 vision, or better What You’ll Do as a Forklift Operator Perform duties from instruction sheets and verbally communicated instructions for all shipping, receiving, and material delivery Pull parts per the sample plan and transport them to the inspection area Maintain visual management boards, charts, logbooks, databases, and other miscellaneous records as required Inform and work with the appropriate associates to resolve any issues with equipment, components, and systems Identify, count, transfer, and store parts and finished goods using current inventory and lot control systems Deliver all material to production points of use Identify, analyze, and resolve BPS system issues Interface with various carriers, suppliers, and customers, as well as planning, quality, purchasing, and production associates Develop and give feedback on ideas for improvements and assist with their implementation Manage all product flow using SAP and other documentation as necessary Perform other tasks as assigned
